The tumblebooks collection provides enrichment to students who are reading independently with a variety of high interest material. It also provides support to students who require skill building with a variety of exercises that can be matched with other areas of the curriculum. It is accessed through your local library website.

Once you are at the home page, click on find my school. Comox Valley School District - Elementary, should be listed. If not, click on my school isn't listed and start typing in Comox. Sign in using your library number and the same password you use for your computer login.
Levelled Readers
These are common levelled reader titles found in levelled reader bins in most French Immersion schools. Your child can search for a specific title to check out, or you can just listen to the audiofile.
These would be great to use for working on questioning, thinking about what the story might be about based on the title and cover photo if you do not have access to the book.
French Children's stories
Children's stories translated into French with optional English translation and slow audio from a native French speaker. Great for kids... and adults too! Enjoy!
